Please fill and submit the form below and send us by mail a photocopy of your passport, 8 photographs and a non-refundable deposit of $750.00 USD payable to: Alamdaar Group International. Balance due 30 days before departure.

Please note American passport holders joining our group to Syria have to obtain their own multiple visa to enter Syria at their own cost (NOTE : Multiple Entry Visa needed – one to enter from U.S. and the other to enter on return from Iraq). There are various Syrian Embassy locations across U.S. Please contact us for more information.

Notes on registration

  1. In addition to above please email a COL. SCAN OF PASSPORT + PHOTO in PDF Format to  NOTE : Keep 1 col.photo on opp.page of main passport and make 1 PDF SCAN of Passport + Photo.
  2. Charges Indicated are Per Person all inclusive of Air Ticket, Accommodation, Food, Transport, Guide, etc. There will be additional charges for any personal needs (like wheelchair). NOTE : Air Ticket applies only for IRAQ Trips – From/to origin of Group (Dubai, Damascus, etc.).
  3. Visa Charges of Iraq are inclusive in Package Price. However, all other visas Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia have to be done individually on own expense.
  4. Additional charges will also be applied for any Personal Travel Plans other than Group Plans (i.e. either Departing or Arriving early/late/different flight or staying extra days).
  5. Registration Deadline is 6 weeks BEFORE Departure Date of that Package No.
