Booking Form to register for a Ziyarat Trip :

1.      Please fill in ALL Details in the online form below and submit.
NOTE : Select the correct package in first field (from drop down menu).

2.      Send COLOURED SCAN of your PASSPORT (Main page only) + Col. Recent Photo – both in JPG Format

NOTE : Only Indian Nationals – please send scan of LAST PAGE of passport also.

3.      Non-refundable deposit of USD250. During the trip this will be deducted from the Package Price and NET Payment to be done.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Booking must be done at least 2 MONTHS BEFORE TRAVEL DATE.

NOTES ON REGISTRATION :

Package price given is GROUND PACKAGE PER PERSON (From & To Baghdad Airport).

Included in Package price :

Visa, Hotel Accommodation, All Meals, All Ground Transport.

NOT Included in Package :

Air Ticket, Wheelchair charges, personal Taxi needs (due to difference in travel dates, etc.), Personal Medical needs, any mandatory Vaccinations & Tests for travel (and changes required therefrom), Personal Visa requirements for onward travel.

NOTE :
(a) Children below 2 years will be charged for Visa + 10% package price.
(b) Children below 5 years will be charged for Visa + 70% package price.
(c) Children above 5 years will be charged full package price.
